Our KLETT-BETTERCUT Model IMG-1500QZ machine is a high-speed automatic flatbed die-cutting machine in a large format of 1.520 × 1.120 mm, with a speed of 5.500 sheets per hour and a die-cutting pressure of up to 350 tons, suitable for corrugated cardboard sheets from 1 to 9 mm. This machine includes all the experience of automatic flatbed die-cutting machines: It is equipped with a new, wider, quieter and very precise LEAD EDGE FEEDER for maximum speed. Including 18% energy savings thanks to newly calculated curves for more efficient movements and smoother start and stop times. With a fully equipped stripping device, which can not only remove three sides of corrugated cardboard, but also the front edge can be removed. More power in the stripping and better access thanks to the larger window, at the same time improved safety and ergonomics.
